Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and dmd365 (hereinafter referred to as "dmd365", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the dmd365 online sports betting and live casino platform accessible at dmd365.cam and all associated subdomains, applications, and services.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet, wager, or game stake, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. dmd365 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the dmd365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age Requirement: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration. dmd365 strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces this requirement through KYC document verification on all Accounts.
2. Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You confirm that accessing and using the dmd365 Platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
4. Single Account Policy: Each individual person may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across all duplicate Accounts.
5. Not a Restricted Person: You confirm that you are not a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or immediate family member of any such person employed by or affiliated with dmd365 or its technology partners.
6. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the Services, you must complete the dmd365 Account registration process by providing your full legal name, date of birth, valid Malaysian identification number (MyKad, Passport, or equivalent), a valid email address, a contact mobile number, and a nominated payment method.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is mandatory for all dmd365 Accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. dmd365 may also impose KYC requirements prior to the activation of certain Account features or bonus eligibility. The following documents are required for standard KYC verification:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear copy of the front and back of your Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or valid Passport.
• Proof of Residential Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the previous three (3) months, clearly showing your name and current residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A current photograph of yourself holding your primary ID document beside your face, with both clearly visible.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, evidence that the nominated payment account (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, or other supported method) is registered in your own name.

dmd365 targets KYC review completion within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete and legible document set. Incomplete, illegible, or inconsistent submissions will be returned to the User with a request for clarification, and the verification timeline will re-commence upon receipt of corrected documents.

dmd365 handles all KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy. KYC documents are used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes and are stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

dmd365 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBeBank, Hong Leong ConnectFirst, and selected cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) for Diamond VIP members.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are credited to the User's Account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt by dmd365's payment processor. dmd365 does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees, for which dmd365 bears no responsibility.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the User's own name. dmd365 will reject deposits from third-party accounts and may suspend the relevant Account pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method registered in the User's name that has previously been used to make a deposit to the Account, unless otherwise approved by dmd365 at its discretion. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. dmd365 targets same-session processing for KYC-verified Accounts during standard operating hours, subject to security review. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours or flagged for additional review may take up to 48 hours.

dmd365 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

dmd365 offers a range of promotional benefits to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, referral commissions, and VIP membership perks. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• One Bonus Per Person: Promotional bonuses are available once per eligible Account, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Rollover Requirement: All bonuses are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, a standard rollover of 10x the bonus amount applies to sports bets and 20x for casino bonuses. These must be completed within 30 days of the bonus credit.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted single stake is MYR 250 for sports bets and MYR 50 per game round for casino titles. Bets exceeding this threshold while bonus funds are active may be voided at dmd365's discretion.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently to rollover requirements. Sports bets contribute 100%; live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) contribute 20%; video slots contribute 100%; fishing games and crash titles contribute 50%.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or uncleared bonuses expire within the stated validity window. Expired bonuses are removed from the Account Balance automatically.
• Abuse Prevention: dmd365 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any activity deemed to exploit promotional mechanics.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the dmd365 Platform are subject to the applicable sport-specific and market-specific rules published on the Platform. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• A bet is confirmed only upon dmd365's system issuing a unique bet confirmation reference number. Bets not confirmed by the system for any reason — including technical errors — are void and the stake returned.
• dmd365 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual market, event, or User Account at its sole discretion.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Accepted bets are settled at the odds confirmed at the time the bet was placed, except in cases of manifest error.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and closure by the system at any time. Bets accepted during a period of system delay may be void where the underlying event outcome was already known at the time of acceptance.
• dmd365 reserves the right to void, cancel, or adjust any bet — and return the stake — where a manifest pricing error, data feed failure, or suspicious betting pattern is identified. dmd365 will exercise this right responsibly and in good faith.
• For EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and all other covered events, dmd365's in-house trading rules and applicable sport governing body rules apply as supplementary terms to these general betting rules.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dmd365 Platform. Any breach may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating, operating, or colluding through more than one Account, whether in your own name or through another person, for the purpose of circumventing Account limits or obtaining additional bonuses.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using fraudulently obtained, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds connected to criminal activity. dmd365 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and international anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks.
• Match Fixing & Corruption: Placing bets on events where you have insider knowledge, have participated in fixing the outcome, or have any undisclosed interest in the result.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, access account information, or exploit Platform features without prior written authorisation from dmd365.
• Collusion: Acting in concert with other Users, whether on dmd365 or other platforms, to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform features in a coordinated manner.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals through your bank or payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.

Intellectual Property

All content on the dmd365 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, text, graphics, images, odds data, software code, interface layout, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of dmd365 or its duly licensed third-party content suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, republish, or redistribute any Platform content without prior written consent from dmd365.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Platform's software or content.
• Use dmd365's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could create consumer confusion or disparage the dmd365 brand.
• Systematically extract data from the Platform using scrapers, spiders, or similar automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of dmd365's intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dmd365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from betting or casino outcomes;
• Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security;
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement arising from third-party data feed failures, where dmd365 acts promptly upon identification of such errors;
• Losses consequential upon reliance on information published on the Platform, including promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms limits dmd365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct by dmd365 itself, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

dmd365 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Account Suspension & Termination

dmd365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gambling Policy;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following formal request by dmd365;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder pursuant to dmd365's Responsible Gambling Policy;
• Any legal obligation or regulatory instruction requiring dmd365 to restrict or close the Account.

Where an Account is terminated due to a material breach of these Terms, dmd365 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding Balance pending investigation and, where confirmed breach is established, to forfeit that Balance. In all other cases of termination — including voluntary closure by the User — any verified Real Money balance will be returned to the User's nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Gambling

dmd365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to all Users seriously.

The dmd365 Platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account via the Account Settings panel.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure in-session alerts notifying you of total time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are irreversible during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic notifications during active sessions reminding you of elapsed time and cumulative wager amounts.

dmd365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between dmd365 and each User.

By registering an Account, you consent to dmd365's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, payment processing, and — where applicable and with your consent — direct marketing communications.

All personal data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection principles, including purpose limitation, data minimisation, storage limitation, and security. dmd365 implements SSL 256-bit encryption across all Platform communications and applies appropriate organisational and technical safeguards to protect User data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of your personal data by contacting dmd365 at [email protected]. Requests relating to data held for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes may be subject to lawful retention obligations.

Amendments to These Terms

dmd365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dmd365 will notify registered Users via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

If you object to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting dmd365 support. Any Real Money balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal process set out in Section 5.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which dmd365 holds its operating licence.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and dmd365, the following escalation procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact dmd365 customer support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. dmd365 will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint. dmd365 will respond with a final position within fifteen (15) business days.
3. Arbitration: Where a formal complaint remains unresolved, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
